PERFECTUMSicilian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a Bottle is obtained from Nocellara del Belice: it has a deep green color, a freshly harvested olive fragrance and an unmistakable, slightly bitter and spicy flavor.
It is healthy and natural: it has a high polyphenol content and, therefore, its consumption reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease; its high content of highly digestible fats, on the other hand, has a beneficial effect on cholesterol and blood sugar levels. No trace of Dietary Fiber, Sugars, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium or Iron.
Its excellence is not limited to health, but also to taste: in cooking, it is perfect both raw (for seasoning salads, bruschetta, vegetables, soups, minestrone, etc.) and cooked (in the preparation of meat and fish roasts, as well as for frying).
