PERFECTUM – PREZIOSO NOVELLO NON-FILTERED Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a monocultivar Nocellara del Belice, Organic, produced with the first olives of the season, grown with natural methods, hand-picked while still very green and pressed after a few hours.
It is therefore a first-of-its-kind celebration of freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil in the period between October and November. A young, freshly pressed oil that contains tiny olive particles; it is dense, bright green in color with golden hues; it has a special, intense and fragrant flavor, full of vivid fragrances.
PERFECTUM – PRECIOUS NOVEL UNFILTERED is an exclusive selection available to the public for the first time in a limited series of a few bottles and cans. A must for all lovers of traditional Italian cuisine.
Its excellence is not limited to taste, but also to health. Although it loses that special sense of spiciness after about three months, it retains its qualities even as it matures: it is a low-acid oil and rich in polyphenols, the consumption of which reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease; its high content of highly digestible fats, on the other hand, has a beneficial effect on cholesterol and blood sugar levels, and all these characteristics are enhanced and enhanced by cold pressing.
