Description
Organic Extra Mango Jam is a handmade jam with a tropical and aromatic flavor, both intense and delicate. The mango used in this jam is organically grown on our Canalotto Farm and harvested at perfect ripeness.
This 100% natural product is rich in Sicilian mango and contains very little sugar, with no colorings, additives, or preservatives.
Organic extra mango jam can range in color from bright yellow to intense orange, depending on the variety of mango used. Predominantly sweet, it boasts the richness of tropical taste and the characteristic aromatic aroma of mango. Perfectly spreadable on bread, biscuits, and tarts, with a soft and inviting texture, it is also ideal for desserts
Preparation:
- 1. The organically grown mango, ripened on the tree, is peeled, pitted, and the pulp is cut and mashed.
- 2. The mango pulp is slowly cooked with organic sugar until it reaches the desired consistency.
- 3. During cooking, organic lemon juice is added for added flavor and better preservation.
- 4. The jam is poured into sterilized jars and hermetically sealed to ensure long-term preservation
