The organic lemon concentrate paste is ideal for flavoring desserts and cakes and for making lemon creams and ice creams. Made with only the peel of organic Sicilian lemons, organic sugar, and water, it is an excellent product for pastry shops and ice cream parlors, as well as for homemade preparations. A small amount of organic paste gives the preparations an intense flavor of Sicilian lemon, healthy because it is organic.
