Description
Our lemon juice is organic and pure, without the addition of water, sugar, artificial flavors and dyes. We use only our organic Sicilian lemons, prized for their organoleptic characteristics. Pressing takes place when the lemons are perfectly ripe, between September and spring, while un soft pasteurization process preserves all the characteristics and properties of the juice, especially the vitamin C. Pure organic lemon juice is ideal in cooking as a condiment, but also for making marinades, desserts, and bases for cocktails. Its properties are invaluable to our health: lemon juice stimulates our immune system and promotes iron absorption; aids digestion; stimulates liver and bowel function; is a powerful antioxidant and antiseptic; valuable skin ally.
