Description
Pink Grapefruits are less bitter citrus fruits than yellow grapefruit, as they have a higher sugar content, a
higher concentration of anthocyanins and carotenes, but they contain the same range of vitamins and
antioxidants.
They have a fairly thin peel, color is pink-red. We collect the Organic Sicilian Pink Grapefruit at the time of
the shipping, when the product has reached the right level of maturation on the tree, that is when at least
half of the peel has started to turn into yellow or pink.
The Organic Sicilian Pink Grapefruit will arrive to your house immediately after harvesting from the tree,
carried out with care and attention by hand. Due to it, the product can be stored in the fridge.
